The Gallagher Hotel Management (GHM) have enlisted FDC to produce the group’s latest project: Le Pub.
Gallagher Hotel Management are a privately owned hospitality group featuring some of Sydney’s most successful hotels, including the Union Hotel at North Sydney and P.J. Gallagher’s Irish Pub, Drummoyne. Alongside successfully managing their own hotels, GHM offers their extensive consulting experience to business owners in the hospitality industry.
Located at 66 King Street, Sydney, “Le Pub” is the latest addition to the GHM group of hotels. The fitout will transform the venue into a Parisian style gastro pub complete with bar and bistro, live music and sport.
The project is due for completion late September 2012.
