CLIENT SERVICES
The client services team at FDC comprises staff from executive directors to site operatives.
We consolidate sales, marketing, programming, estimating and service staff into a multi-skilled 'client service' team, acting as a portal to the wider FDC Group and offering a vast array of assistance to clients and business partners.
This may include a concept design, project budget, lease advice, preliminary program, tenancy inspection, services brief, space plan, audit of existing assets, risk report, staff presentation, board report, site tours, induction, training, churn support, satisfaction survey or site tour... anything to make your journey easier and faster.
