ING (Meridian Place)

The Meridian Place project comprised of two commercial office buildings.
Building A is a 4 000 sqm office building, with basement carparking and (multiple) childcare facilities integrated into the buildingdesign. Building B is a 5 000 sqm office building with four levels of basement carparking.
Construction spanned just under a year from commencement. The building design consisted of reinforced concrete frame withstructural steel roof. The blade feature walls have been clad in aluminium composite cladding. The façade was part curtain wall, part infill glass panels, with external balcony treatments and glazed entry awning feature to the northern façade. |
