Troy Laboratories

Troy laboratories is a privately owned Australian Manufacturer of veterinary medicines for the domestic and international markets.
The project was a 4500 sqm industrial facility which was to house 1800 sqm of specific laboratory facilities. In addition general amenities and office space was also incorporated into a 1st floor mezzanine of approximately 300 sqm.
The major challenge of the project was the design, coordination & installation of the laboratory facility concurrently with the base build to enable a “build within a build” ensuring the client a quicker availability in operating from the facility.
The laboratory areas were segregated in three main divisions; Sterile, Non Sterile & Laboratory all of which were required to contain varied air classifications and operating procedures needing approvals from various regulatory licensing bodies.
The project was completed over a 9 month period. |
