FDC were appointed by TMGProjects to undertake a fourteen (14) level building refurbishment program, inclusive of GroundLevel foyer / cafe, Lower Ground area, carpark levels and roof plant room.
With full BCA services upgrade and podium level external refacing, the extensive works were completed on time and to a highstandard.
Subsequent success in the building saw FDC secure an office fitout for over 10000 sqm. for a global technology company.
