FDC completed two floors at Grosvenor Place, totalling approximately 3,500 sqm with some 350 staff.

The fitout consisted of general offices for partners, open plan workspace, film studio, premium presentation suite, forensic / discovery division and prestigious reception area. Specialty lighting, acoustic installation and leading edge audiovisual equipment were features of this project.

An ongoing client, Deloitte were again pleased with the delivery of the project on time and budget.
