Flexirent Capital is a market leader in rental finance in Australia and New Zealand. With a rapidly expanding business, their datedpremises were exited in favour of a nearby modern building with improved natural light and staff amenity.

FDC assumed control of the “design and construct” management and provided a turnkey solution that saw the design developmentprocess, including all services, completed in a very tight timeframe. With a combination of open plan workpoints, call centre,offices, meeting rooms, boardroom, training room, hotdesks for mobile staff, large breakout area and computer room, the projectcovered approximately 2 400sqm over two levels.

FDC Technologies and FDC Mechanical were engaged on a “design and construct” basis to carry out their respective scopes ofwork, allowing a fast-track result and budget conscious delivery. The client took the opportunity to fully update their informationtechnology infrastructure. FDC has since been engaged to assist Flexirent with their Melbourne office requirements.
