With a high emphasis on services and technology, including a new chilled water system to service the four (4) computer roomsand mass dealing floor, FDC took an active role in design feasibility and detailed programming.

Premium finishes throughout, the project included a full commercial kitchen, state of the art teleconferencing facilities, dealing room,dining room, open and private workspaces, detailed joinery, flexible furniture, excellent services controls and an interactiveworkspace.

FDC have subsequently been awarded a similar sized fitout for Merrill Lynch in Melbourne.
