A base building mechanical modification, plus supplementary services to satisfy IT room, multiple training rooms, larger meeting zones and specialty rooms, this project was part of an FDC Group design and construct delivery.

With 4,500 sqm of workspace, this project was delivered within the integrated design parameters of a rated Green Star agenda, modelled on a shell – and – core principle.
