This project spans over 3,000 sqm of warehouse and technical space, plus an office area of approximately 2,000 sqm. The building sits upon a sloping site, so a basement carpark has been cleverly integrated to take advantage of this.

A design and construct solution, FDC worked with the client and consultant team to deliver a first class facility for this thriving business. The large scale floor slab was built to exacting standards for the massive hi-bay storage racking installed in unison with conveyor systems for rapid product movement.

The integrated fitout offers a modern and flexible workplace for staff, complete with offices, workstations, meeting rooms and breakout areas. FDC Technologies were engaged for the data services package.
