The first Virgin Active in Sydney, this project adds to FDC’s growing health and leisure portfolio.

An ageing office building was rejuvenated into a contemporary fitness facility with pools, upgraded mechanical services, carparking, childcare centre, cafe and offices. In typical style, the bold Virgin brand has been stamped upon the building and interiors.

It was a familiar return to this site for FDC, having relocated Apple Computers from this site to the CBD two years prior.
