FDC Building Services directly employs qualified personnel to ensure total control and accountability. Rather than simply contract all requirements, the company offers a detailed internal level of servicing and skill. The FDC group totalled 140+ personnel as of January 2007.

FDC adopts a complete and professional ‘team approach’ to the management and delivery of all projects. While a project is heavily reliant on process, FDC understands that the success is derived from the people managing those processes and the cooperative level of support within the project control group.

Regular meetings are held to maintain communication and coordination. Personnel are encouraged to participate in management issues and assist improvements to client service.

Ongoing training is considered paramount for both staff and client satisfaction. FDC invests in local and international training to ensure its team stays at the forefront of evolving management philosophy and technology.
