Quality Assurance

FDC proudly maintains Quality Assurance certification to AS/NZS 9001 and the process is an instrumental tool in the management of the company.

The Quality Assurance program covers many internal processes, including important site-related matters such as programming, reporting, meeting deadlines, critical dates, cost control, control of variations (client or sub-contractor requested), the management of sub-contractors and coordination of consultants as well as dealing with potential non-conformances.

The overall ‘business’ objective of FDC is the successful management of the building process. Therefore, methods and documentation have been developed to enhance efficiency and the ability to deliver projects both on time and within budget.

FDC has a complete set of standard documents driven by the development of its Quality Assurance program that cover the reporting of procedures and project administration. These documents can be tailored to comply with the requirements of individual clients on request.
