Due to our continued growth and success, we are now seeking a capable Contract Administrator to join our established team at our Sydney Office.

FDC is looking for experienced Contract Administrators to join our team on a full time permanent basis. You will be required to manage the administrative and contractual duties of the allocated projects and support the wider project team.

Responsibilities: Preparation of contracts for subcontractors and amending discrepancies Identifying scope of works Ordering / Purchasing materials Planning and scheduling trades Monitoring progress throughout projects Updating clients and trades Administrative support for the Project Manager and Site Manager Conducting and assisting in site inspection

To be successful you will be degree qualified, preferably in Building or Engineering or Trade qualified with further relevant education. Hold 3 years’ experience in a similar role, be professionally presented, have a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills and hold a current drivers license.
