Project Description

FDC (QLD) have completed a project under the ECI Design Management & Construction Manager role for Brisbane Marketing’s new head office fitout, 69 Ann Street, Brisbane.

Brisbane Marketing is a wholly owned subsidiary of Brisbane City Council and is the city’s official economic development board. Brisbane Marketing’s role is to promote Brisbane as Australia’s New World City, and create economic and social value for the residents and businesses.

This ambitious project with tight deadlines requires complete design and construction of the new 1,200sqm tenancy by mid-October. The new Brisbane Marketing office will provide new client and public meeting spaces convertible to function areas, video conference capable meeting rooms, 100 agile workspaces and staff breakout areas.

The entire design team are pulling all stops to develop a design that communicates the unique essence of Brisbane. The final design features light and shadow, differing textures, an earthy palette, organic forms, verdant subtropical foliage and a relaxed but professional atmosphere.

FDC are delivering this project in conjunction with JLL, Outline Design Office, Interior Engineering and Steven Watson Partners.
