Project Description

FDC were engaged to provide a complete turn key solution under a D+C contract, comprising design development, installation, and DLP maintenance of a new head office for the client.

The existing AC system in the building was at the end of its usable life, and was completely removed. A new HVAC, and BMS system was installed in its place, giving the client significant flexibility in operation. The building now comprises meeting rooms, workstation areas, data rooms, and breakout facilities.
