Yancoal Newcastle was awarded to FDC via direct negotiation (single source) following the successful completion of the Sydney HQ in 2018.
The Newcastle project included a brand new office space to mimic the Sydney HQ consisting of an impressive reception area, two board rooms with state of the art Audio visual equipment, pantry and breakout space with integrated kitchen equipment, extensive acoustic treatments combined with segregated phone booths and meeting rooms to compliment the open office area.
To maintain the same level of quality, FDC chose to use the exact contractors that delivered the Sydney HQ for the Newcastle project which was at times challenging due to logistics and travel times, however quality, budget and programme was maintained with the client scoring FDC a perfect ten out of ten within our client feedback survey.
FDC were thrilled to work with the teams at Hammond Studio and Generate Property Group to deliver another successful project for Yancoal.
