FDC WA completed a full office fitout for SAP at Level 15, 109 St Georges Terrace. FDC worked alongside Incorp and Datum 101.

FDC were brought in by Incorp with 48 hrs to assess and price the project that had already commenced demolition. The quick turnaround highlighted FDC’s capability and dedication to step in and complete the project without affecting the initial project completion date. The onsite duration of seven weeks required detailed planning and co-ordination with all sub contractors to ensure that the clients project completion date of Easter 2019 was achieved.

The fitout consisted of an open plan desk layout, meeting rooms, private meeting pods, training rooms and two kitchens and breakout area. The Communications Room was delivered early to ensure the SAP IT department had access and time to prepare for a smooth transition for SAP staff.

The project was completed in a live environment which allowed FDC staff to demonstrate their consideration and understanding to current building occupants. The project was completed successfully without incident. Last minute redesigns and some unexpected finds meant FDC staff were required to adapt and find solutions swiftly to ensure delays were not incurred.
