Celebrating 35 Years

+ Counting

After 35 years of business, there’s one consistent ethos that has guided our every triumph, has helped us overcome every challenge and continues to fuel our drive for excellence – Made Personal™

Founded in 1990, FDC has been built on the collective efforts of our 650+ people and 4000+ clients and partners nationwide. And, 35 years on, we approach every project with the same dedication since our foundation – as if it were our own. We believe that it’s not just about what we deliver, but how we deliver it that matters most. Our commitment to excellence extends beyond the project and into creating lasting, meaningful relationships.

While we’ve grown a lot over the years, it’s our commitment to leaving communities better than we found them, that has seen us fundraise more than $14million dollars to people in need through the very same Made Personal™ ethos and the relationships it has afforded us.

FDC35 is more than a milestone. It’s a celebration of our growth. It’s a thank-you. It’s an opportunity for us to reflect on our unique ethos that has established FDC as we know it, enabled our commitments and fostered our relationships.

Grassroots Impact, Real Change

Through fundraising, sponsorships, pro bono projects and long-term community partnerships, at FDC we work to build a better future. We’re drawn to grassroots organisations making a tangible difference, often the unsung heroes in local communities.

From Then Until Now

FDC’s journey of giving started in earnest with the 2004 tsunami and the human tragedy we witnessed. A ‘mates’ event a week later at a Sydney city pub raised $20,000. The funds went to Father Chris Riley, who established an orphanage in Banda Aceh.
