FDC Construction & Fitout

FDC began operating in Victoria in 2008. Since then, we have built a strong reputation as a leader in construction, respected for our integrity, expertise and quality delivery. Our award-winning team includes project managers, site managers, contract administrators, estimators and design managers, many of whom have decades of experience.

Our People

Led by General Manager, Cameron Jackson, FDC Victoria’s formidable leadership team is people-focused, instilling FDC’s Made personal™ values in every client interaction, with a supportive team culture that encourages growth, professional development, passion for the industry and a commitment to excellence.

Project Profiles

Great results go hand in hand with great partnerships. Since day one, our clients have been our strongest advocates. Repeat business, referrals and references continue to underpin our growth. It’s something we’re very proud of and it inspires us to deliver consistently outstanding work with personal attention, collaboration and humility on every project.

Sweeping views of the CBD, a sophisticated colour palette, and a stunning central feature staircase encapsulate the newly completed fitout by FDC VIC for Ashurst at 80 Collins Street.

It’s not every day we refurbish a jellyfish breeding lab, but our FDC team in Victoria can now add this to their list of achievements. Since it opened late last year locals and visitors are able to descend into the mysteriously fascinating world of jellyfish at the Sea Life Aquarium, Melbourne.

Social Responsibility

FDC may have grown over the years, but we’ve never forgotten what matters most to us. Our people. Since our Giving Program launched, FDC has raised over $10 million dollars for a range of charitable causes, from disease research to university scholarships. In the past year our Victorian team has raised more than $80,000 for Camp Quality and Soldier On – supporting families facing challenges throughout cancer diagnoses, and honouring veterans by bringing awareness to PTSD from their challenges on the frontline, respectively. From our invitational Charity Golf Day to contributions through Brothers Walking for Veterans, our giving efforts are always made through personal connections.
