The latest addition to East Sydney Private Hospital in Wolloomooloo – an extra hospital floor – is set to provide increased capacity for staff and over 5,000 patients each year.
Spanning 1,400sqm the fitout included the demolition of the existing commercial tenancies and the construction of a new hospital ward including 2 x operating theatres, recovery areas, waiting and public areas.
FDC’s experience in delivering sensitive projects in integrated environments and our relationships with the project stakeholders allowed for a smooth delivery through the project.
