Lead bid performance across a strong and sustained pipeline

FDC is a nationally recognised construction and fitout business delivering complex projects across Australia. With a consistently high volume of tender activity and a strong forward pipeline, we are evolving our structure to strengthen bid performance, strategic positioning and pursuit discipline.

We are seeking an experienced Head of Bids & Proposals to lead our NSW Fitout & Refurbishment bid function and play a critical role in converting pipeline into high-quality, successful outcomes.

The role

This is a senior, outcome-focused leadership role with clear accountability for end-to-end bid and tender performance. You will shape strategy, govern quality and lead the team responsible for pursuing the right work, the right way.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end bid and tender performance across NSW F&R
• Shape strategic positioning and narratives for major pursuits
• Establish governance, review discipline and quality control
• Partner with senior leaders from pipeline through to submission
• Lead, mentor and develop the bids and proposals team
• Provide visibility of pipeline, insights and continuous improvement

About you

You are a senior bid, marketing or communications leader with a proven track record in winning complex pursuits. You bring commercial judgement, strategic thinking and calm execution in fast-paced environments.
