We are seeking a Bid Coordinator to support the delivery of bids and tenders across our NSW Fitout & Refurbishment business, working closely with senior leaders and the bids team across a busy, forward-looking pipeline.

 

The role

This is a hands-on coordination role supporting end-to-end bid and tender delivery. You will play a key role in keeping bids moving, ensuring quality, consistency and compliance across multiple concurrent pursuits.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate bid activity from commencement through to submission
  • Manage timelines, inputs, compliance and version control
  • Support the preparation of polished, professional submissions
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines
  • Maintain bid governance and quality processes
  • Support continuous improvement of bid systems and templates
