We are seeking an experienced, committed and hands-on Building (Site) Associate to support project delivery and contribute to our continued growth. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a site-based environment, takes a practical approach to problem solving, and is confident working across multiple aspects of construction delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Construction Managers, Architects and Surveyors in planning and organisation.
• Interpret plans, regulations and codes of practice.
• Prepare preliminary sketches, working drawings and specifications.
• Prepare, edit and revise plans, maps, charts and drawings.
• Coordinate works programs.
• Inspect work and materials for compliance with specifications, regulations and standards- Electrical knowledge/Understanding/ Experience beneficial.
• Calculate costs and estimating time scales.
• Perform routine computations and plot preliminary data.
