FDC is proud to be delivering the new People Centre for James Hardie at their Carole Park site in Brisbane. James Hardie is the #1 cladding brand in Australia producing high-performance building products that enable endless possibilities for design, while also delivering trusted protection and long-lasting beauty.
With sod recently turned, this purpose-built facility is designed to support James Hardie’s vision for a healthier, more connected, and collaborative workplace. Working closely with Ink Duck Architects and the James Hardie team, the project will feature modern open-plan offices, versatile meeting rooms, upgraded amenities, and a spacious indoor dining area – all thoughtfully crafted with employee wellbeing at the forefront.
A highlight of the build is the integration of James Hardie brand products and solutions, showcasing their fibre cement cladding and internal linings throughout the centre – turning the space into a living demonstration of quality and design excellence.
More than just a construction project, this People Centre reflects a shared commitment to creating local jobs, championing sustainability, and driving innovation in Australian manufacturing.
