This scholarship is designed to find a standout candidate with a passion for building a long-term, exciting, and rewarding career in construction.
As an FDC cadet, you’ll have the unique opportunity to learn from some of the industry’s best, working on award-winning projects from multi-level robot run warehouses, iconic heritage sites, art galleries, high security data centres and more. The FDC Women in Construction Scholarship recipient will be based in our Sydney HQ office and or relevant project sites across NSW.
Every cadet is different – and so is every FDC cadetship. Here’s what makes our program different.

We know that to succeed at tertiary studies you need to set aside time each week to your unique learning style. We will provide you with university days each week during your semester based on your course requirements.
We build some of the most awarded projects nationally. We are experts in a variety of sectors and our client advocacy drives our future success. When you work for FDC you are gaining exposure into some of Australia’s greatest brands.
You learn by doing. Depending on your situation, that might mean working on a building site, coordinating subbies, designing project components or being part of a client pitch.
