FDC have completed the construction of the Angelo Anestis Aquatic Centre at Bexley (NSW).
The pool was delivered over 18 months and is located at 98C Preddys Road, Bexley.
The project includes a new outdoor 50 metre competition pool with a 600 seat grandstand and shade structure, as well as an indoor eight lane 25 metre lap pool.
The facility has also been welcomed by Sydney’s water polo community, with the outdoor 50-metre pool constructed according to FINA specifications, allowing for men and women’s international water polo.
The project was delivered two months ahead of schedule in conjunction with Bayside Council, Blue Fit and Brewster Hjorth Architects.
