Located at the intersection of Gardeners and Bourke Road in Alexandria, Ascent on Bourke offers unparalleled access to Sydney Airport, Port Botany, and the M8 motorway, ensuring streamlined operations and next-day delivery capabilities. Spanning over 30,000sqm across three levels, this facility features a high-clearance design supporting high racking loads of up to six tonne and accommodating semi and B-double trucks. The innovative engineering includes a cantilevered structure and meticulous planning to minimise disruptions. With 300kW solar installations, rainwater harvest, and low-VOC finishes, Ascent on Bourke targets a 5-Star Green Star certification, pushing sustainability in industrial real estate forward.

Designed for seamless integration with robotics and AI-driven warehouse management, this facility ensures tenants can adapt, scale, and future-proof their operations.
