At the heart of BDO’s new Sydney HQ in Parkline Place is a striking interconnecting spiral staircase – designed to elevate movement, connection, and collaboration across five floors.

Spanning 8,000sqm, the high-end fitout also features event spaces, a commercial kitchen, recording studio, and breakout zones, bringing BDO’s bold, people-first vision to life.

FDC worked closely with the stair contractor and structural engineer to deliver a safe, seamless installation through detailed planning and expert execution.

This project is testament to what’s possible when design, innovation, and precision come together.
