Charter Hall's Colemans Road Logistics Hub

Two latest additions to Charter Hall’s Colemans Road Logistics Hub – a distribution centre for Coles Group and a logistics facility for Couriers Please – are set to provide crucial services for both brands.

Spanning 2,245sqm the Coles Group’s distribution centre serves as a fulfilment hub for customer orders in South East Victoria. It offers both chilled and ambient food storage facilities, in addition to 11,500sqm of hardstand to support the high influx of delivery vehicles.

The hub also includes amenities such as washing and refueling stations, as well as dedicated space for offices and staff facilities.

Couriers Please’s 15,586sqm logistics facility operates within the same location, catering to both inbound and outbound deliveries and storage requirements.

With its state-of-the-art super-awnings and spacious hardstands, the facility is equipped to accommodate a large volume of delivery vehicles. Additionally, it provides dedicated office space and amenities tailored to meet the needs of clients.
