The latest completion from FDC’s portfolio of works at One Festival Tower – a 3.5-level fitout for Deloitte – delivers a cutting-edge workspace designed to support a dynamic and future-focused workplace. This project marks the seventh successful fitout completed within the building, with three more projects currently underway.

Spanning 6,300sqm in the heart of the Adelaide CBD, the space reflects Deloitte’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and wellbeing, with targets of 5 Star Green Star, 5.5 NABERS, and WELL accreditation.

Flexible work zones, social hubs, meeting spaces and an interconnecting feature stair foster collaboration, complemented by advanced IT and AV systems including interactive displays, enabling seamless functionality.

Premium materials such as natural stone, timber, bespoke lighting, and custom Axolotl wall panelling elevate the design, creating a sophisticated and inspiring environment.
