GIANTS Aquatic Centre

Following the 2020 AFLW training facility expansion, FDC returned to deliver the new GIANTS Aquatic Centre – a purpose-built space designed to elevate athlete performance and recovery.

Completed in just over a year, the facility features a 25m lap pool, hot and cold plunge pools and a sauna. The project involved over 50,000 work hours across 558 workers, while also providing hands-on experience for 53 apprentices. Stage two is already underway, with new field lighting and a 13m-wide digital scoreboard set to be completed by year’s end.
