To contend with continued growth, FDC were engaged by ING Real Estate to construct a new warehouse and office complex for LG Electronics Australia.
This complex was an extension of LG’s existing facility in Melbourne’s Parkwest and comprised a 6,000sqm warehouse with six recessed docks, a 250sqm office extension and 3,000sqm of external pavements / hardstands.
