McLarty Tafe Wellness Centre

Initial structural works were required to be completed prior to the fitout of the facility commencing.

The classrooms were converted into:

• 2 x Home care training rooms
• 4 x ACF training rooms
• 4 x Ensuite training rooms
• 2 x Bathroom training rooms
• Teaching observation areas
• Student hub and students desks throughout the fitout
• Medical Room
• Lounge training area
• Dining / training area
• Equipment store

Additional scope was added to the project with 4 classrooms requiring full makegood and fitouts to be completed simultaneously to the Wellness Centre Works.
