As their trusted construction partner for nearly two decades, FDC has proudly delivered the fitout of their new facility in Macquarie Park, Sydney, continuing our 19-year collaboration built on quality, precision, and shared purpose.

This two-level space combines modern office areas for 150 staff with purpose-built training zones and a specialised curve radiation room housing a mobile surgical imaging system.

Delivered within a live environment, the project required the careful relocation of highly sensitive medical equipment from Medtronic’s previous facility – all completed without disruption to neighbouring tenants.
