A landmark $100 million development, Noumed Pharmaceutical’s new manufacturing facility marks a major milestone in advancing Australia’s pharmaceutical manufacturing capabilities and supporting local employment.
Located on a 44,000sqm site within Terre Property Partners Nexus North Industrial Estate, the state-of-the-art facility sets a new benchmark for pharmaceutical infrastructure in Australia, combining precision construction with forward-thinking design.
Project Features:
- The ground floor accommodates 17,800sqm of pharmaceutical facility amenities including a fire-rated dangerous goods store, secure storage, boiler/compressor rooms, inbound goods areas and vertical lifts.
- Level one (1,500sqm) features houses laboratories, offices, meeting rooms and kitchen facilities.
- Level 2 (4,000sqm) features dedicated services platforms designed to support future cleanroom HVAC systems.
- 700,000sqm warehouse facility featuring storage and 500sqm of office space.
- External works included heavy-duty concrete pavements and landscaped areas designed for durability and visual appeal.
Throughout the project, FDC worked closely with Noumed to integrate complex tenant-specific enhancements into the base build, ensuring the facility meets long-term operational needs. The result is a highly functional and future-ready environment tailored for pharmaceutical production and distribution.
