FDC were engaged by Wotton + Kearney to create an inclusive and flexible workspace while ensuring a new modern, timeless fitout was achieved. The fitout spanned 2,900sqm over 1.5 floors including a well-lit Corian internal staircase, classy front of house barista bar and multiple 2-4 person focus rooms and large meeting rooms.
FDC were engaged via an ECI/Lump Sum delivery model with physical works beginning in January 2024. The project was delivered in an integrated environment as the base building contractor was still completing the construction of the cold shell upgrade scope of works.
Works included a large open workstation area which incorporates a flexible work environment with a floor sense booking system, 2 large flexible boardrooms with 3 operable walls, 2 kitchens and a commercial reheat kitchen and internal stair lined with Corian sheets.
