Together with Macquarie Data Centres and NSW Treasurer, Hon. Daniel Mookhey MP, our FDC team celebrated the topping out of the structural works at IC3 Super West – a proud moment delivered safely by a team who never compromises on people or process.

What makes this milestone extra special is the relationship behind it. Our partnership with Macquarie Data Centres spans more than a decade, beginning with the commencement of IC2 just over ten years ago. Since then, we’ve delivered projects side by side, building not just great outcomes but a partnership where trust, collaboration and even a few laughs make the journey as rewarding as the final outcome.

IC3 Super West is a 47MW facility, purpose-built for modern AI and cloud-ready workloads. Designed for high-density compute and staged growth, the campus architecture scales capacity in phases while maintaining Tier III resilience and efficiency. That combination, density, scalability and safety, signals where data centres are heading: more power-dense halls, adaptable cooling strategies (including liquid-ready options), and operational models that flex with rapid AI demand – without compromising Uptime for people. In short, this building doesn’t just meet today’s needs; it helps set tomorrow’s standard.
