FDC is proud to be appointed as construction partner for the Aura Town Centre in the Sunshine Coast, QLD – a major milestone within one of Australia’s largest master planned communities.
The town centre will anchor the 2,310-hectare community located south of Caloundra, which once complete will be home to around 50,000 residents across 20,000 future homes.
Designed as a vibrant hub, the Aura Town Centre will include:
- Approximately 16,300sqm of retail
- Major supermarkets
- 55 specialty stores and kiosks
- Dining and entertainment destinations
- 680 car parking spaces
Construction is scheduled to commence early this year, with doors expected to open in late 2027.
This appointment represents more than a project milestone. It’s an opportunity to help shape a connected, colourful and thriving town centre that will serve the Aura community for generations.
