FDC QLD completed Stage 1 of the stunning Brookland Retirement Living redevelopment for Reside Communities in Robertson, south of Brisbane.
The community focused village features a brand-new clubhouse with commercial kitchen, modern bar and lounge, an exclusive onsite health club with gym, swimming pool, and hairdresser. Stage 1 also includes a two-level basement carpark and 39 thoughtfully designed apartments.
The redevelopment sits within an existing community of permanent residents. Ensuring considered planning and strong residential consultation was critical to minimizing disruptions and the project’s success.
Throughout the 18mth build our team formed great relationships with the current residents and enjoyed working with them on this very special construction journey.
