FDC have been awarded Hub Australia’s Melbourne coworking space project, 162 Collins Street, Melbourne.
Hub is a coworking community for growing businesses in Australia, providing premium workspaces, business networks and member services.
The fitout will provide premium offices and meeting rooms of various sizes and feature joinery including a commercial kitchen, a well-equipped café, high ceiling space, designer workstations and bespoke furniture.
Beautiful heritage features of the iconic George’s Building including columns, timber flooring and the saw-tooth ceiling will be preserved.
FDC are delivering this project in conjunction with Hub’s in house property team.
