Completed in May 2020, the project involved a staged strip out and upgrade of the lobby while simultaneously upgrading the adjoining vacant tenancy for the client.
The main project scope for the lobby component involved demolition of all surfaces and the construction of new ceilings, bulkheads & partitions.
