A national client, FDC assisted BN Law with the relocation of the Melbourne head office from level 16 to level 6 at 600 Bourke Street to allow them to increase their staff occupancy.
The relocation enabled BN Law to design a new front of house reception, meeting suites, board room and open plan breakout space that accommodates training and staff functions for up to 150 people.
600 Bourke Street has strict guidelines around sustainability, deliveries and modifications to the building. With a communicative mind set, FDC established weekly milestones which highlighted to building management every delivery and action planned for the week. This process ensured a smooth delivery was experienced by all parties involved with the project.
With a collaborative design and construct approach, FDC delivered the project on time and budget with a spectacular end result.
