With Isuzu still occupying the site throughout the build, it was imperative to preserve a functional, unobstructed workplace environment for the client. In accordance with this, the development was delivered in multiple stages, only operating in select areas at a time within the complex, ensuring operating space was always available to Isuzu staff.

Furthermore, essential spaces such as the warehouse were preserved and fully accessible for the entirety of the development.

The bold, stylish new development houses multiple project features that include:

• Standout Isuzu signage
• A custom, curved stone bench (Reception)
• Stainless steel benches, overhead fans, new epoxy flooring and a purpose-built wash bay (Warehouse area upgrade)
• Updating the previous cubicle office layout to a new open plan workspace

On Level One, the office floor area was increased by over 100sqm through the induction of a mezzanine concrete slab. The area below this slab was then converted into an acoustic rated and reconfigurable training area with the entire site bathing in copious amounts of natural light.
