Jacksons on George

Three bespoke public spaces and basement cool rooms, each with their own identity and hospitality offering, including a public bar and gaming room, commercial kitchen and bistro, and a rooftop terrace bar, were meticulously delivered as part of the project.

Greeted by an impactful porcelain wave-shaped veil and surfboard-like awning upon entry, natural and recycled materials feature throughout.

Customised elements contribute to the rebirth of an iconic Australian venue that will remain an integral part of Sydney’s social scene for many years to come.
