Qudos Bank

FDC have recently the fitout of Qantas Qudos Bank located at 191 O’Riordan Street, Mascot.

Previously known as Qantas Credit Union; Qudos is an Australian mutual bank that has been in the business for over 55 years with an A2 investment grade rating and a full range of banking products including credit cards, home loans, personal loans and saving accounts.

The 3,200sqm fitout included the use of a crane lift for the placement of a generator into the plant room as well as a two floor office tenancy fitout with an interconnecting staircase for levels 7 to 8. Other works included office and workstation areas, breakout areas, reception, kitchen and tea points, meeting rooms and a comms room.

This project was delivered over 12 weeks in conjunction with FDC’s Mechanical Services and Technologies departments as well as WMK.
