FDC’s latest delivery at Sydney Business Park – 1-3 Astoria Street, Marsden Park (Warehouse 2A & 2B) – is a high-quality industrial development built to perform from day one.

Comprising 3,500sqm and 6,200sqm warehouse facilities with dual-level office spaces totaling 1,200sqm, the project demanded precision coordination across multiple trades and disciplines to deliver two fully operational warehouses within a live, operational business park.

A robust, fit-for-purpose facility, delivered safely on programme and to the standard FDC is known for.
