FDC was retained for the design and construction of a multi-purpose facility to be primarily used as a museum / showroom by the Toll Group to showcase the company’s history and journey from its early origins to a $8.2 billion company under the direction of the now retired Managing Director, Paul Little.

The building consists of the museum / showroom area extending to 1,500sqm; commercial café of 300sqm and a two storey office area of 400sqm; and the facility has the benefit of secure onsite car parking.
