FDC have completed numerous fitout and refurbishment projects at Westmead Hospital (NSW). The fourth milestone was the Westmead Education and Conference Centre (WECC) project, which is part of the Westmead Redevelopment – a NSW Government project valued at over $1 billion.

The WECC project involved demolishing and removing the existing cafeteria and replacing it with an innovative, contemporary education, training and research space for students and staff of the University of Sydney and Westmead Hospital. Existing bathroom amenities were also upgraded.

FDC delivered this refurbishment in conjunction with Team 2 Architects, Health Infrastructure, PwC and Northrop.
