FDC has reimagined the workplace for a Government Agency to support collaboration, flexibility and sustainable design, all within its existing footprint.
Spanning 827sqm, the revitalised fitout delivers 45 work points, meeting rooms and collaborative zones that enable efficient workflows and contemporary ways of working. Instead of a full strip-out, the project prioritised circularity, retaining and repurposing elements of the original fitout to minimise waste and environmental impact.
Marking a significant milestone in the ACT, this is the first project delivered by an entirely female-led team, including the FDC delivery team, architects and client-side project managers.
The result is a balanced, people-focused workplace that aligns sustainability and functionality, supporting the organisations needs now and into the future.
